2 Tbl. Butter
1/3 C. Thin Spaghetti cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 C. Rice
1 1/2 C. Chicken Stock
Melt butter over medium heat. Brown rice and pasta in melted butter for 3-5 minutes. Add broth and salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer for 18 minutes.
