Dinner in a Pumpkin

2 lbs. Hamburger
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 C. Minute Rice
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger with the chopped onion. Drain off fat and add all ingredients to the pan. Heat tull bubbly and serve in a medium sized pumpkin that has been roasted.
