1 C. Apricot Preserves (like All Fruit)
3/4 C. Bottled Russian Dressing
1 envelope dry Onion Soup Mix
4 lbs. Chicken Breasts
In a medium bowl, combine preserves, dressing, and soup mix. Layer chicken and apricot mixture in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked. Serve with rice.
